Gilberto Toro (Box)
Founder Melanio Oliva cultivated his first tobacco crop in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba in 1886. Fast forward to today and the Oliva family has carried the tradition on very strongly becoming the second-largest grower of Cuban-seed tobacco. While their methods undoubtedly haven't strayed much from the early days (and why should it?). These time-tested methods of curing, blending, and rolling built an empire.
The Oliva Gilberto Toro is a medium-bodied cigar handmade in Nicaragua. These cigars feature a Sumatra wrapper with Ecuadorian grown binder and filler from Nicaragua.
