HVC cigars were founded in 2011 by master blender Reineeir Lorenzo. HVC stands for Havana City which is Lorenzo's birthplace in Cuba, sticking to traditions HVC cigars are always hand-rolled.

The HVC Edicion Especial 2018 Toro is a medium-bodied cigar handmade in Nicaragua. These cigars feature a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper with Nicaraguan-grown binder and filler.
